Designed in 2008 for a leading company in the radio-frequency. Card with a 6-layer , impedance controlled signals, with tracks tailored to support very high frequencies
Designed in 2008, is an evolution of a board made in 2006 for an American Company. Mount No. 2 BGA and the principal is a Xilinx Virtex6 of pins from 1136. On the card there is DDR2 memory, and optical input connectors with a frequency of 10 GHz. Card with a 14-layer and impedance differential signals controlled. |
